Of course we assume that no problems will arise, because we stand behind our quality 100%. However, it is and remains a natural product.

If you maintain your RANA hair extensions according to our instructions, you have a three-month warranty. In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, we will look into this together and, if possible, always look for a suitable solution.

Warranty conditions

  1. We give a 3 month warranty on the quality of RANA Hair Extensions.
  2. This warranty only applies if RANA Hair Care products have been used. The warranty will be void if any other care products are used. More information about maintenance of your hair extensions can be found on our website at Maintenance & Care.
  3. If there is any problem regarding the quality, the extensions first will be removed. The extensions will then always be examined in the factory laboratory. If this shows that the hair has not been properly maintained and the correct (care) products have not always been used, then this case will not be covered by the warranty.
  4. Hair extensions that have been dyed or chemically treated are not covered by the warranty.
  5. In the event of damage due to incorrect use of or incorrect (electrical) equipment, the warranty will become void.
  6. If it turns out that it is a quality defect, we will reimburse the hair extensions by giving new ones. The compensation will not be refunded in cash.
  7. We only reimburse the hair that actually comes back / has been removed from us (if the complaint is well-founded).
  8. Only after that the products, which the complaint is made about, have been received by us, checked and examined in the laboratory, it will be reimbursed (if the complaint is justified).
